Prices exclude VAT. UAE VAT (5%) and Saudi VAT (15%) are added at checkout where they apply.
Pricing questions
What counts as a page?
One side of a scanned or digital page. A 300-page book is 300 pages. Pages you skip in the quality check are not counted.
What happens to unused pages?
Monthly pages reset each month. Top-up pages never expire and are used after your monthly pages.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay). Institutions can pay by invoice and bank transfer in AED, SAR or USD.
Do you give refunds?
If something went wrong with a document, tell us within 14 days and we will refund the pages or the month.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a tax invoice from Arabian AI Lab, Dubai, and institutions can ask for a quotation first.
Do prices include VAT?
No. UAE VAT (5%) or Saudi VAT (15%) is added where it applies; business customers with a VAT number may account for it themselves.
How is the Institution plan priced?
Per page, based on the size of your collection, the languages and the turnaround you need. We start with a free pilot so you can see the quality on your own pages before you commit.
